Shipping policy

MoonRockBags (Malaysia) offers standard delivery at a flat rate of RM15.00 for orders within West Malaysia, with an additional charge of RM40.00 for deliveries to East Malaysia.

For International Delivery outside of Malaysia, kindly reach out to our Customer Service at +6012-349 8828 via WhatsApp or send us an email at info@moonrock-bags.com to coordinate your order.
Delivery Time: All orders will be processed within 3 working days. After processing, the estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 working days.
Post Office Boxes: Please note that we cannot deliver to post office box addresses.
Receiving Your Order: A signature will be required upon receipt of your order. If no one is available at the delivery address at the time of delivery, the postal carrier will leave a notification card advising where you can collect your parcel from the local post office. Delivery is subject to the terms of the relevant postal service. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not liable for any loss or damage caused by delays outside our control, including delays by the carrier or due to incorrect delivery addresses provided to us.
Out of Stock Items: If any items in your order are out of stock when your order is packed, we will notify you via email and issue a refund for those items.
