Online Sales Return:
Please be aware that goods sold are non-refundable.
Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we handle your online sales with extra care. If you receive goods that are damaged or faulty, please report this to us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. To do so, provide your Invoice Number, Shipping AWB Number, and photographic evidence of the damage or fault by emailing us at info@moonrock-bags.com. Please note that returned items without prior notification will not be accepted. Returns must be shipped /couriered back to us, and the product should be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all original packaging intact.
Upon confirmation of your exchange request, please allow seven (7) days for us to arrange the delivery of the replacement goods.
